摘  要:为研究经编间隔织物不同结构参数对其透气性的影响,设计4种具有不同面组织结构和参数的经编间隔织物,将织物和传统医用衬垫高密度海绵进行透气性对比,并基于图像处理技术和Solid-Works流体分析对材料透气性进行数值模拟。结果表明,经编间隔织物透气性显著高于同等厚度海绵材料,间隔丝细度和面组织结构等参数对经编间隔织物透气性影响较大,且其透气性能可通过参数设计实现可控调节。此外,所建立数值模型对经编间隔织物透气性模拟结果与试验结果相近,因此可作为有效手段预测间隔织物透气性,从而为医用经编间隔衬垫材料进一步研究提供理论支持。In order to study the influence of different structural parameters of warp-knitted spacer fabric on its air permeability, four kinds of warp-knitted spacer fabrics with different surface structures and parameters are designed. The comparative test of warp-knitted spacer fabric with high-density sponge used as traditional medical cushion material regarding to air permeability is conducted. Meanwhile, the air permeability of material is simulated by SolidWorks software. The results show that the air permeability of warp-knitted spacer fabric is significantly higher than that of sponge with the same thickness and the air permeability of warp-knitted spacer fabric is mainly influenced by the parameters of fineness of spacer yarn and surface structure. It can also be concluded that the air permeability of warp-knitted spacer fabric can be controlled by altering the parameters such as yarn fineness and surface structure. Moreover, the simulated results of the established numerical model for the air permeability are similar to the experimental results, so it can be used as an effective method to predict the air permeability, thus providing theoretical support for the further study of warp-knitted spacer medical cushion materials.
