摘  要:针织圆纬机用输纱器是编织过程中的重要机构,文章在传统积极式输纱器基础上研发具有能够对单个输纱器进行监测和控制,具有质量数据映射和圆纬机数据信息交互功能的程控积极式输纱器。通过输纱器运行采集处理并分析获得纱线材料的品质数列和自身状况及圆纬机运行信息。编织时需要一些有价值的数据如:优化机器运行速度,提供纱线采购的参考依据,对影响织物品质的纱线采取限制措施,识别异常转速的输送原因,引导操作者执行规程对输纱轮的正确储存圈数。结果表明,程控积极式输纱器技术作为圆纬机织物疵点预防性技术的解决方案之一,可确保纱线从筒子架输送到圆纬机的导程无误,实时监控多项对织物产生疵点的来源。Positive yarn feeder used for circular knitting machine plays a crucial role in the knitting process.Based on the traditional active yarn feeder, it has the ability to monitor and control a single yarn feeder, and has the functions of quality data mapping and circular weft machine data information interaction. Through the collection and processing of the program-controlled active yarn feeder, the quality sequence of the yarn material and its own health status and the operation information of the circular weft machine are obtained. Weft Knitting often requires some valuable data. To obtain optimized machine running speed and provide a reference for yarn procurement, it takes restrictive measures for yarns that affect the quality of the fabric, identify the causes of abnormal rotation speed, and guide the operator to implement the regulations store the correct number of turns for the yarn delivery wheel. This program-controlled active yarn feeder IoT(Internet of Things) technology is one of the solutions for the fabric defect prevention technology of the circular weft machine, which can ensure that the yarn is conveyed from the creel to the circular weft machine without error and to control the source of defects.
