摘 要:针对高弹类织物在拉伸过程中易产生卷边的现象,设计一种可消除卷边的织物拉伸夹持方式;并以纬平针弹性织物为试样,测试分析两种夹持方式下的拉伸应力应变曲线。测试结果表明,新的夹持方法,能有效消除织物卷边的影响,且不会对织物正常的缩腰形变产生干涉;测得高弹纬平针织物拉伸过程中的线圈基本不产生滑移,且应力应变特性接近线性状态,线性结果可以简化高弹针织物力学模型的建立。In view of the phenomenon that high-elastic fabrics are prone to curling during the stretching process,a kind of fabric stretching clamping method which can eliminate the influence of curling is designed.Taking elastic weft plain fabrics as samples,the tensile stress-strain curves under two clamping modes are analyzed.The measurement results show that the new clamping method can effectively eliminate the influence of fabric curling without interfering with the normal waist shrinkage deformation of the fabric,the loop of high-elastic weft plain knitted fabric basically does not slip during the stretching process,the stress-strain characteristics are close to the linear state,and the linear characteristic can simplify the establishment of the mechanical model of high-elastic knitted fabric.
