摘 要:研究于2020年春、秋两季(5月和10月),在松花江哈尔滨段设置了6个采样点,对化学需氧量、总氮和总磷等理化指标进行测定,同时对其浮游植物种类组成、群落结构及环境因子相关性进行研究。结果表明:松花江干流哈尔滨段共计浮游植物6门90种属。其中,绿藻门的种类最多,为35种属,占38.89%;硅藻门的种类次之,为29种属,占32.22%;蓝藻门为12种属,裸藻门7种属,隐藻门4种属,共占25.56%;甲藻门为3种属,共占3.33%。从种类组成来看,主要以硅藻门的小环藻、短小舟形藻、微绿舟形藻、克洛脆杆藻、肘状针杆藻、尖针杆藻、帽状菱形藻、颗粒直链藻和隐藻门的蓝隐藻为优势种。典范对应分析(CCA)表明,影响松花江哈尔滨段浮游植物群落分布的主要因子是温度和pH值,其次电导率、总磷和总氮也是影响其分布的重要因素。In this paper,six sampling sites were set in the Harbin section of Songhua River in the spring and autumn of 2020(May and October),chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)were measured,and phytoplankton species composition,community structure and environmental factors in the Harbin section were studied.The results showed that there were 6 phyla and 90 species of phytoplankton in Harbin section of Songhua River.Among them,Chlorophyta had the largest number of species,35 genera,accounting for 38.89%;The species of diatoms were the next,accounting for 29 genera(32.22%).Cyanophyta had 12 genera,Euglesophyta had 7 genera,Cryptophyta had 4 genera,accounting for 25.56%.Dinoflagellates belong to 3 genera,accounting for 3.33%.From the point of view of species composition,the dominant species of the diatoms were Cyclophyta,Saccharophora micronatum,Saccharophora micronatum,Saccharophora claroides,Saccharophora cuprata,Saccharophora cuspidatum,Rhombus capillatum,Australophora granulosa and Cryptophora cyanobacteria.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)showed that temperature and pH were the main factors affecting phytoplankton community distribution in Harbin section of Songhua River,followed by electrical conductivity,total phosphorus and total nitrogen.
