摘 要:随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的工厂生产研究借助了模型和仿真系统,因此近些年国内外“仿真与生产系统”得到了迅速的发展。文章根据某手电筒工厂的生产情况,运用仿真软件Plant Simulation构建布局方案,确定了系统中的各项参数、策略与规则,对生产物流系统进行建模和仿真,基于仿真结果分析企业的生产物流状况,针对实际系统存在的问题,通过动素分析和模特排时法改善瓶颈工序,通过成本计算和工作率分析改变搬运方式和存储面积,降低了工厂运营成本,增加了物流管理的灵活性,可减少投资,提高物流管理的工作效率。为优化工厂物流系统提供依据,可面向众多企业生产物流建设进行推广应用。With the development of science and technology,more and more factory researches rely on models and simulation systems,so"simulation and production systems"at home and abroad have developed rapidly in recent years.According to the production situation of a flashlight factory,this paper uses the simulation software Plant Simulation to construct the layout scheme,determines the parameters,strategies and rules in the system,models and simulates the production logistics system,analyzes the production logistics status of the enterprise based on the simulation results,and improves the bottleneck process through dynamic analysis and model timing method in view of the problems existing in the actual system.Through cost calculation and work rate analysis,changing the handling mode and storage area,reducing factory operating costs and increasing the flexibility of logistics management can reduce investment and improve the efficiency of logistics management.In order to provide the basis for optimizing the factory logistics system,it can be popularized and applied to the production logistics construction of many enterprises.
