钛合金挤压型材制备工艺技术研究

摘　　要：仅管我国现代化水平不断提高,钛合金型材在国内应用却还是空白,仍需进口,为了填补国内空白,研究了对钛合金型材制备技术的影响因素。结果表明:挤压模具、挤压用棒坯、挤压工艺等任何一个因素均影响钛合金型材制备质量。文章简要阐述研究钛合金型材制备工艺,以期能够提升钛合金型材制备技术,促进钛合金型材在航天、航空、海洋工程中的应用。With the continuous improvement of China's modernization level,the application of titanium alloy profiles in China is blank and still needs to be imported.In order to fill the blank in this field in China,the influence factors on the preparation technology of titanium alloy profiles were studied.The results show that the quality of titanium alloy profiles is affected by any factor such as extrusion die,extrusion bar and extrusion process.This paper briefly describes the preparation process of titanium alloy profiles,in order to improve the preparation technology of titanium alloy profiles and promote the application of titanium alloy profiles in aerospace,aviation and ocean engineering.
