摘　　要：结合交通管理业务需求,从提高交警基层民警管理效率和落实科技强警角度出发,对公安移动警务交通管理终端APP的功能进行设计,从功能和部署上区分民警版和辅警版,在满足基层民辅警日常执勤执法工作需要的同时实现对一线民辅警的有效管理和智能化考核,并结合系统安全性等相关要求完善终端APP的数据交换路线。According to the business requirements of traffic management,from the point of view of improving the management efficiency of the grass-roots police and strengthening the police with science and technology,the function of the public security mobile police traffic management terminal APP is designed,which distinguishes the civil police from the auxiliary police in terms of function and deployment,so as to meet the daily law enforcement needs of the grass-roots civil and auxiliary polices and meanwhile realize the effective management and intelligent assessment of the front-line civil and auxiliary police.Based on the system safety and other related requirements,the data exchange route of the terminal APP is improved.
