摘　　要：探索符合新时代需求的新医科人才培养体系对医学教育改革至关重要,实现医学向以"医工、医理、医X交叉学科支撑的医学教育新模式"转变。生物信息学即典型的、前沿的多学科交叉的新医科专业。生物信息学专业在确立"厚基础、重能力、求个性"的办学定位,明确"医工结合的新医科生物信息学人才"培养目标的基础上,以成果为导向,紧跟科技前沿,创建多学科交叉融合特色课程体系。通过课程整合、增加前沿课程、更新课程内容等措施,逐步完善建立以生物信息学知识技能为核心的交叉学科课程体系建设,从而培养适应中国高等教育的、具有可持续发展能力的生物信息学创新型复合人才。It is important to explore the cultivation system of talents of new engineering that meets the needs of the new era,so as to realize the transformation of medicine into a new medical education model supported by medical engineering,medical science and medical Science.Bioinformatics is a typical frontier interdiscipline of new medical engineering.On the basis of the education orientation of"thick foundation,heavy ability,seek individuality"and the training goal of new engineering bioinformatic talents,the bioinformatics major is results-oriented,closely following the frontier of science and technology,and creating a characteristic course system of interdisciplinary integration.Through course integration,adding cutting-edge course content,updating course contents and other measures,the construction of interdisciplinary course system with bioinformatics knowledge and skills should be gradually improved.Based on these arrangements,innovative bioinformatics talents will be with sustainable development ability to adapt to China's higher education.
