摘 要:血管钙化(vascular calcification, VC)通常指机体钙磷代谢失衡导致磷酸钙盐在血管壁被动沉积而产生的一种病理过程。VC作为慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney diseases, CKD)患者的主要并发症之一,是CKD患者诱发心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD)导致高死亡率的重要因素。但是由于VC涉及的机制复杂,难以治愈,一旦发生难以逆转,目前临床上尚无有效的治疗方法。MiRNA是一种大小为21~23个碱基的单链小分子RNA,可以通过调控转录后基因的表达来影响细胞生物学功能。miRNA在VC过程中发挥了重要作用。本文对miRNA影响VC的相关机制进行了总结,为VC的临床治疗和诊断提供新的研究方向。Vascular calcification(VC) is a pathobiological process of calcium metabolism disorders in the body, leading to the passive deposition of calcium phosphate on the blood vessel wall. As one of the cardiovascular complications of chronic kidney diseases(CKD) patients, VC leads to high mortality in CKD patients because of cardiovascular disease(CVD). Despite tremendous progresses have been made toward revealing cellular origins of VC, knowledge of effective treatment method is still limited thus far due to its complex mechanisms. MiRNA is a small single-stranded RNA with 21-23 base pairs, affecting the biological functions of cells by regulating the expression of post-transcriptional genes. Over the years, extensive studies on miRNA provided insights into the VC. This review summarizes the relevant mechanisms of miRNA affecting VC and provides new research directions for the clinical treatment and diagnosis of VC.
