摘 要:疲劳是一种机体机能不能持续在特定水平或各器官不能维持在预期运动强度的生理和病理现象,是机体内外多种因素共同作用的结果。多糖是广泛存在于动植物和真菌中的生物大分子,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等多种药理活性,近年来对其抗疲劳的研究也不断增多。本文基于疲劳学说,对中药多糖类化合物抗疲劳作用及其机制的研究进行概述,旨在为中药多糖类化合物抗疲劳研究的发展提供理论依据。Fatigue is a kind of physiological and pathological phenomenon that the body function can not continue at a specific level, or the organs can not maintain the expected exercise intensity which is the result of many factors inside and outside the body. Polysaccharides are biomacromolecules widely found in animals, plants and fungi. They have many pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor, immunomodulatory, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antioxidant and so on. Researche on their anti-fatigue activities have also gradually increased in recent years. This review summarizes the anti-fatigue effect and mechanisms of polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theories of fatigue, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the development of its anti-fatigue research.
