摘　　要：举国体制提供的制度化动力是中国共产党领导下的新中国取得辉煌体育成就的根源,坚持全国一盘棋的举国体育制度既是实现体育事业腾飞的“因”,也是坚定体育制度自信的“果”。1)从制度自觉角度分析,举国体制具有“因时而化”的成长自觉性,在历时性自觉发展中经过计划体制、社会化、市场化、责任分化等几个阶段,进入多元协同化阶段。2)从制度创新角度分析,举国体制具有“因势而变”的创新发展性,通过制度创新适应改革趋势、社会环境、市场氛围、服务全民健康,彰显制度选择合理性。3)从制度绩效角度分析,举国体制有“因世而新”的正向绩效性,以制度完善契合世界趋势、国家需求、社会和民众期盼,使体育享受政治保障、经济支撑、制度红利,确保体育强国、健康中国目标实现。总之,坚定对举国体制的制度自信,是探索中国特色体育发展道路、提高中国特色社会主义体育制度治理能力的根本遵循。The whole-nation system is the fundamental reason for China’s remarkable achievements in sports under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In the development of sports,adhering to the whole-nation system is not only the“cause”of developments in sports,but also the“result”of the confidence in the sport system.First,from the perspective of institutional consciousness,the whole-nation system has the consciousness of growth,and has gone through the planned economy,socialization,market reform and other stages.Second,from the perspective of institutional innovation,the whole-nation system has been innovating to adapt to social reform,the social environment,the market economy and facilitate national fitness,demonstrating the rationality of system selection.Third,from the perspective of institutional performance,the whole-nation system plays a positive role in sports,and facilitates building a leading sporting nation and a healthy China by adapting to the changing world and meeting national needs,social expectation and people’s expectation.In a word,to increase the confidence in the whole-nation system is the fundamental way to explore the development path for sport with Chinese characteristics and improve the sport governance system with Chinese characteristics.
