建党百年中国少数民族传统体育事业的成就与使命

摘　　要：为充分挖掘少数民族传统体育作为国家文化软实力所发挥的重要作用,推进国家共同体建设,以党的民族政策为指导,运用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对中国特色少数民族传统体育事业的建设历程、成就以及发展原因进行梳理探析,探究少数民族传统体育事业未来发展的行为着落点。研究发现:1)中国共产党支持少数民族体育事业的发展历程可以按其定位划分为萌芽探索、初步创立、低落萧条、改革发展和深化繁荣5个不同时期。2)少数民族传统体育事业奋进的历史成就主要表现在:少数民族传统体育发展的政策体系不断完善;少数民族传统体育运动会逐渐发展成为品牌赛事;阐扬少数民族传统体育内涵的科研、教育、文化共同发展。3)究其发展的原因可归结如下:一是基于民族政策,心系群众;二是以实事求是原则注重文化内涵的传播;三是注重创新,维持民族体育文化的本真性。4)关于未来,则要构建中国少数民族传统体育文化共同体;要与乡村振兴战略相结合;要凝聚内生力量助推对外传播。以期为少数民族传统体育事业不断促进“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”建设提供理论意义和现实指导意义。In order to fully understand the important role played by traditional ethnic minority sports as a national soft power and promote the development of a national community,this research,guided by the CPC’s ethnic policies,adopts literature review,field investigation and interviews to analyze the history,achievements,and reasons for the development in China’s traditional ethnic minority sports as well as their future.The research finds that:1)the development process of the CPC’s support for ethnic minority sports can be divided into five different periods:budding exploration,initial establishment,decline,reform and development,and prosperity.2)The historical achievements of traditional ethnic minority sports are as follows:the policy system for developing traditional ethnic minority sports has kept improving;traditional games of ethnic minorities have gradually developed into brand events;the scientific research,education and culture regarding traditional ethnic minority sports have developed together.3)The reasons for its development can be summarized as follows:first,it is based on ethnic policies and caring for the people;second,it focuses on the dissemination of culture based on the principle of seeking truth from facts;third,it focuses on innovation and maintains the authenticity of national sporting culture.4)In the future,we should build a community of traditional sporting culture of China’s ethnic minorities;we should integrate their future development with rural revitalization;we should resort to internal forces to promote external communication.This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance for developing traditional ethnic minority sports to develop“the awareness of the Chinese community”.
