中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观的实现路径--以“体育思政”深化“体教融合”

摘　　要：将中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观是贯彻落实中共中央办公厅《关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》的要求,是服务体育强国战略的需要。研究聚焦中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观的必要性、合理性和实现路径,采用文献资料法、历史分析法,从理论逻辑梳理入手,辅以中华体育精神凝练、体教融合溯源等历史考察,基于“体育思政”实践模式的分析,得出以下结论:中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观是提升体育文化软实力、增强体育文化自信的需要,其合理性是由二者之间个别与一般、个性与共性的本质关系决定的。体教融合为中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观提供了以文化人、以体育人的理念思路,构建了学校与社会协同育人的实践场域。“体育思政”作为体教融合的重心,通过思政课程与课程思政横向协同与大中小一体化纵向协同,实现体育思政功能价值的最大化,为中华体育精神融入社会主义核心价值观提供了抓手。Integrating Chinese sportsmanship into core socialist values is the requirement for implementing the Opinions on Cultivating and Practicing Core Socialist Values issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee,and is to meet the needs for developing China into a leading sporting nation.This research focuses on the necessity and rationality of integrating Chinese sportsmanship into core socialist values and its implementation path.It adopts literature review and historical analysis,starting from the theoretical logic,and supplemented by an investigation into the crystallization of Chinese sportsmanship and the integration of sport and education.Based on the analysis of the implementation of“ideological and political education via PE”,this article concludes that:integrating Chinese sportsmanship into core socialist values is the need to enhance the soft power of sporting culture and the self-confidence in sporting culture,and its rationality is determined by the essential relationship of individuality and commonality between the two.Integrating sport and education provides the idea of integrating Chinese sportsmanship into core socialist values,and constructs a practice field for collaborative education by the school and society.As the focus of integrating sport and education,“ideological and political education via PE”maximizes the value and functions of sport through the horizontal coordination of ideological and political courses and the vertical coordination of universities,middle schools and primary schools,and provides a starting point for integrating Chinese sportsmanship into core socialist values.
