摘  要:目的运用分光测色仪对行经尿道前列腺电切除术与经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术后患者的膀胱冲洗液进行颜色测定,并研制膀胱冲洗液比色卡。方法选取2019年12月—2020年11月于上海某三级甲等医院泌尿外科行经尿道前列腺电切除术与经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术后膀胱冲洗患者89例,使用分光测色仪对冲洗液颜色进行参数量化,通过非参数聚类分析,研制出膀胱冲洗液比色卡。结果患者膀胱冲洗液颜色被聚为4类,各类间CIEL*a*b*参数值差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加上澄清色共研制出含有5个色阶的膀胱冲洗液比色卡,不同组间颜色差异明显(△E均>3.7)。结论研制出的5色膀胱冲洗液比色卡,对术后患者病情判断与冲洗速度调节有指导意义。Objective To measure vesicle drainage fluid color of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)and transurethral resection of bladder tumour(TURBT)by using spectrophotometer and develop a shade guide.Methods A total of 89 samples were chosen from patients who had TURP or TURBT since December,2019 to November,2020.A spectrophotometer was used to measure the color of bladder irrigation drainage fluid,and a bladder irrigation drainage fluid shade guide was developed through nonparametric cluster analysis.Results The color of bladder irrigation fluid was classified into four categories,and the difference of CIEL*a*b*parameters among different categories was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition to the clear color,a 5-color shade guide for bladder irrigation fluid was developed.The color difference between different groups was significant(△E>3.7).Conclusion The 5-color shade guide of bladder irrigating drainage fluid has certain guiding significance for postoperative patients’condition judgment and irrigating speed adjustment.
