摘 要:采用湿化学浸渍的方法制备了碳化硅负载的三氧化二铁催化剂.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、元素分析(EDS)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和NH_(3)的程序升温还原方法(NH_(3)-TPD)对所制备样品进行了表征,研究了Fe_(2)O_(3)/SiC催化剂在低温下(≤300℃)利用NH_(3)选择性催化还原NO的性能.结果表明,Fe_(2)O_(3)以非晶态的形式或以单层的形式分散在SiC表面,Fe_(2)O_(3)/SiC催化剂具有较高的低温催化活性,当Fe_(2)O_(3)负载量为10%(质量分数),反应温度为250℃时,NO的转化率达到91.3%,催化反应主要遵循Eley-Rideal机理.Silicon carbide supported ferric oxide catalysts(Fe_(2)O_(3)/SiC)were prepared by using wet chemical impregnation method.The properties of as-made samples were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,XPS and NH_(3)-TPD in details,and the Fe_(2)O_(3)/SiC catalysts were employed for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)NO with NH_(3) at low temperature(≤300℃).The results show that Fe_(2)O_(3) may be dispersed on the surface of SiC in the form of an amorphous state or as a single layer.The Fe_(2)O_(3)/SiC catalysts exhibited high activity at low temperature,and the removal efficiency of NO reached 91.3%under the conditions of the Fe_(2)O_(3) loading is 10%(mass fraction)and the reaction temperature is 250℃.Catalytic reaction follows the reaction mechanism of Eley-Rideal.
