抗菌抗病毒内墙装饰陶瓷涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：以改性聚硅氧烷为主要成膜物,丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为辅助成膜物,加入无机阳离子抗菌助剂,制备了具有抗菌抗病毒功能的内墙陶瓷涂料。分别研究了丙烯酸酯共聚乳液与改性硅氧烷的不同配比对涂料综合性能的影响,通过加入羟乙基纤维素调整涂料的施工性,并用ATP荧光检测仪初步测试了涂料的抗菌性和抗菌持久性。With modified polysiloxane as main film-forming material and acrylic copolymer emulsion as auxiliary film-forming material,the ceramic coatings for interior walls with antibacterial and antiviral function was prepared by adding inorganic cationic antibacterial agent.The effects of different ratios of modified polysiloxane and acrylic copolymer emulsion on the comprehensive properties of the ceramic coatings were studied.The workability of the coatings were adjusted by adding hydroxyethyl cellulose.The antibacterial properties and antibacterial durability of the coatings were preliminarily tested by ATP fluorescence detector.
