摘　　要：标准数字化转型不仅促进标准化工作本身的高效、透明、协同、智能,还将在推进新兴技术健康有序发展中发挥指导、规范和保障的积极作用。本文从标准数字化转型的背景和概念出发,详细介绍了国际电工委员会(IEC)、国际标准化组织(ISO)、欧洲、德国、美国、中国等区域或国家的标准数字化转型工作现状,重点论述了机器可读标准分级模型,以及语义互操作和信息模型等重要支撑技术,并提出了我国开展标准数字化转型工作的建议。Standardization digital transformation facilitates standards to be more efficient,transparent,cooperative and smart,and will also make positive contributions to guide and support a healthy and ordered development of emerging technologies.The paper introduces the background and concept of standardization digital transformation,analyzes the current research progress in IEC,ISO,Europe,Germany,America,China and other regions or countries,focuses on the classification scheme,information model,and other supporting technologies of machine readable standards.On this basis,the suggestions of promoting standardization digital transformation in China are proposed.
