摘　　要：本文通过热变形对三坐标测量机校准步距规的研究,阐述了步距规与三坐标测量机恒温时间长短对步距规校准结果的影响,分析了热变形对三坐标测量机校准步距规的测量结果不确定度的影响,计算了不确定度,并对不确定度进行了验证。Through the research of thermal deformation on calibrating step gauge with CMM,the paper expounds the influence of constant temperature time on the calibration result of calibrating step gauge with CMM,analyzes the influence of thermal deformation on the uncertainty of calibration result,calculates and verifies the uncertainty.
