摘　　要：以67 tex纯羊绒纱作表纬,21 tex×2纯羊毛纱作经纱和里纬,采用纬二重组织织制坯布,并经重缩呢、重起毛、刷毛定型等工序整理加工,生产出表面具有羊绒触感,里面为毛精纺面料的西服呢,羊绒、羊毛质量分数分别为35%、65%。面料具有表面绒毛密立,手感柔软细腻的特点,有天然兽皮光泽;同时,手感活络,具有精纺面料的身骨。With 67 tex pure cashmere yarn as the outer weft and 21 tex×2 pure wool yarn as the inner weft,and the double weft weave as the grey cloth,through reshrinking,re-raising,brushing and setting,etc.,a suit with a cashmere touch on the surface and worsted wool fabric inside is produced,with the mass fraction of cashmere and wool is 35%and 65%respectively.The fabric has the characteristics of dense fluff on the surface,soft and delicate handle,and natural hide luster.At the same time,it has a flexible handle and the body bone of worsted fabric.
