自由贸易港背景下海南国家对外文化贸易基地建设研究——基于新结构经济学的视角

摘　　要：海南国家对外文化贸易基地将成为继北京、上海、深圳之后第四个国家批准设立的对外文化贸易基地。从新结构经济学角度来看,这是国家基于自由贸易港建设背景对海南文创产业发展引导和扶持的一项积极产业政策,海南必须认真学习、借鉴其他三个基地特别是上海基地的经验,充分发挥自由贸易港政策优势,吸引更多中外文创企业落户海南,积极打造以品牌授权产业为主导的文创产业新形态,搭建国际化对外文化贸易展示交易新平台,实现海南对外文化贸易的快速发展。Hainan National Base for International Cultural Trade will become the fourth national base after Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.From the perspective of new structural economics,this is a positive industrial policy that the country guides and supports the development of Hainan’s cultural industry in the context of building free trade port.Hainan is expected to learn from the experience of the other three bases,especially Shanghai national base,and give full play to the policy advantages of free trade port,so as to attract more Chinese and foreign creative enterprises into Hainan.Furthermore,a new form of creative industries oriented by the brand licensing industry should be established to build a new platform for the expo and transaction of international cultural trade.In this regard,the rapid development of Hainan’s international cultural trade can be achieved.
