摘  要:针对额定发电功率为1kW的固体氧化物燃料电池,采用IDIM模型,计算各实验工况的稳燃特性指数,判定实验工况的稳燃特性指数范围能否覆盖模拟工况(来自文献)的稳燃特性指数范围。若可以覆盖,则认为实验工况能够代表固体氧化物燃料电池运行过程中电堆尾气燃烧的真实情况。在此基础上,通过燃烧实验,验证实验燃烧器能否满足电堆尾气稳定燃烧。电堆尾气火焰传播速度的变化远大于尾气流速的变化,是难以实现尾气稳定燃烧的关键。相同电堆燃料利用率下,水碳比为3.0时电堆尾气的稳燃特性指数更低,离焰风险更高。实验工况的稳燃特性指数覆盖了模拟工况,并且充分考虑了高水碳比的情况。面积为0.0017 m^(2)的金属纤雏燃烧器能够满足固体氧化物燃料电池全工况下电堆尾气的稳定燃烧。Aiming at the solid oxide fuel cell with a rated power of 1 kW,the IDIM model is used to calculate the steady combustion characteristic index of each experimental working condition,and deter mine whether the steady combustion characteristic index range of the experimenlal working condition can coverthal of the siulated workinngcondition(from literature).If it can be covered,it is believed that the expesrimeutal conditions can represent thc truc situalion of stack exhaust gas combustion during the operation of the solid oxide fuel cell.On this basis,through combustion experiment,in is verified whether the expearimental burner can meet the stable combustion of the stack exhaust gas.The change in the flame propagalion velocity of the stack exhaust gas is much greater than the change in the exhaust gas flow rale,which is the key to realize stable combustion of the exhaust gas.Under the same stack fuel utilization rate,when the water-to-carbon ratio is 3.0,the stability index of the stack exhaust gas is lower,and the risk of flame separation is higher.The steady combustion characteristic index of the experimental conditions covers the simulated conditions and fully considers the high water-to-carbon ralio.The melal fiber burner with an area of 0.0017 m^(2) can meet the stable combustion of stack exhaust gas under all operating conditions of the solid oxide fuel cell.
