摘　　要：介绍调压箱巡检维护的技术要求,分析巡检维护现状和存在主要问题。提出将射频识别(RFID)技术引入调压箱巡检维护,建立智能巡检系统,实现调压箱巡检计划的下达与完成情况统计分析、现场图片上传、隐患处置闭环管理、现场处置卡呈现、设备档案信息记录等功能。对智能巡检系统在燃气公司的实际应用进行介绍。The technical requirements for inspection and maintenance of regulator box are introduced,and the curent situation and main problems of the inspection and maintenance are analyzed.It is proposed to introduce radio frequency identification(RFID)technology into the inspoction and maintenance of the regulator box,and establish an intelligent inspection system to realize functions such as statistical analysis of the release and completion of the regulatorbox inspection plan,on-site picture upload,ciosed-loop management of hidden danger disposal,on-sitedisposal card presentation,and equipment file information recording.The actual application of the intelligent inspection system in gas companies is introduced.
