摘  要:用户侧配置储能后通过移峰填谷和节约基本电费获益,随着储能单位造价持续下降,现行峰谷分时电价平衡性将被打破。在分析用户侧储能配置对电网公司收益影响的基础上,构建峰谷电价与用户侧储能成本动态联动模型,提出峰谷电价动态调整策略,测算用户侧储能合理发展规模。算例分析验证了模型的有效性和准确性,为政府能源与电价主管部门引导用户侧储能合理发展和建立峰谷电价动态调整机制提供了一定的参考价值。Benefits are generated through load shifting and basic electricity charge saving with the allocation of energy storage on customer-side.As the unit cost of energy storage decreases,the balance of peak-valley price will be broken.On the basis of the analysis of the power grid company’s benefits impact from customer-side energy storage allocation,this paper establishes a dynamic interaction model between peak-valley electricity price and customer-side energy storage cost,formulates dynamic adjustment strategies for peak-valley price and calculates the appropriate scale for customer-side energy storage.The instance testifies the effectiveness and preciseness of this model.The research provides a certain reference value for energy and price department in leading a reasonable development of customer-side energy storage and building a dynamic adjustment mechanism for peak-valley price.
