摘 要:以2008—2019年我国碳排放数据为基础,构造环境规制指标、普惠金融与产业结构指标体系,基于30个省级地区的面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明:①环境规制对产业结构高级化有着直接的促进作用,但对产业结构合理化作用并不显著。②普惠金融对产业结构高级化与合理化作用均不显著,但就间接效应来看,普惠金融的发展有利于资本产出效率和劳动产出效率的提升。③环境规制与普惠金融的交互作用,对我国产业结构合理化有着直接的促进作用,但对产业结构高级化的作用并不显著。Based on the data of China′s carbon emissions from 2008 to 2019,this paper constructed the indicators of environmental regulation,inclusive finance and industrial structure,and made an empirical test based on the panel data of 30 provinces.The results showed that:(1)Environmental regulation had a direct promoting effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,but had no significant effect on the rationalization of industrial structure.(2)Inclusive finance had no significant effect on the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure,but from the perspective of indirect effect,the development of inclusive finance was conducive to the improvement of capital output efficiency and labor output efficiency.(3)The interaction between environmental regulation and inclusive finance played a direct role in promoting the rationalization of China′s industrial structure,but had no significant effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure.
