摘  要:针对桥梁墩身混凝土洒水养护耗水量大、人工作业频繁且保湿效果不佳的问题,在新建北京—雄安城际铁路进行了墩身混凝土高效保湿养护膜的应用试验。结果表明:采用高效保湿养护膜可实现对墩身混凝土长时间的高效保湿养护,28 d龄期墩身混凝土养护膜内湿度为96.1%;与洒水养护相比,采用高效保湿养护膜养护28 d龄期墩身混凝土气体渗透系数下降了78.3%,56 d龄期混凝土表层碳化深度降低了38.1%,回弹强度增加了6.3%,混凝土表面密实性显著提高;采用高效保湿养护膜不仅可以提升养护质量,而且操作简便,省时省工,节约水资源,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。Aiming at the large water consumption,frequent manual operation and ineffective moisturizing situation resulted from water-spreading curing method for bridge pier concrete,the application test of high-efficiency moisturizing curing film for pier concrete was carried out in the new Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway.The results show that the high-efficiency moisturizing curing film can realize the long-time high-efficiency moisturizing curing of pier concrete,and the humidity in the curing film of pier concrete at 28 day is 96.1%.Compared with water-spreading curing,the gas permeability coefficient of 28 day pier concrete cured with high-efficiency moisturizing curing film decreased by 78.3%,the carbonation depth of 56 day concrete surface decreased by 38.1%,the rebound strength increased by 6.3%,and the surface compactness of concrete improved significantly.The use of high-efficiency moisturizing curing film can not only improve the quality of curing,but also be easy to operate,save time and labor,save water resources,and have better social and economic benefits.
