摘　　要：随着数字技术的融合发展和我国教育信息化的全面推进,网络教育迅速发展的同时相关风险问题也更加复杂,亟需予以研判与防控。当下档案网络培训已经成为推动我国档案人才建设的重要措施。文中通过文献调查和网络调查,重点分析了我国社会档案网络培训在监管“信息烟囱”、培训机构管理困境、资源粗放与需求效度匹配、平台安全复杂性等方面存在的风险点及产生的深层次原因,提出优化技术治理实现多元参与监管、细化制度保障精准评估、融合跨界优势创新资源服务能力、强化技术应用提升风险研判能力等措施,从而提升档案网络培训风险治理能力,推动我国档案人才队伍建设和档案事业的高质量发展。With the integration and development of digital technology and the comprehensive promotion of national education informatization,the rapid development of online education and related risk problems are more complex,which need to be studied and controlled.At present,archival network training has become an important measure to promote the construction of archives talents in China.Through literature and network investigation,this paper focuses on the analysis of the risk points and deep-seated reasons of social archives network training in China in the aspects of supervision"information chimney",management dilemma of training institutions,extensive resources matching with demand validity,platform security complexity,and puts forward some measures,such as optimizing technology governance,realizing multiple participation in supervision,refining system guarantee and accurate evaluation,integrating cross-border advantages,innovating resource service ability,strengthening technology application and improving risk judgment ability,so as to improve the risk governance ability of archives network training,and promote the construction of archives talent team and the high-quality development of archives industry in China.
