摘　　要：社会转型是我国社会变迁进程中的必要和特殊环节。而当前我国社会发展正处于社会发展转型时期,集技术赋能、信息赋能、知识赋能、数智赋能等多种特征为一体。《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》也对于高素质档案人才培养提出了更高要求。因此,有必要在厘清社会转型期和高素质档案人才的内涵以及诉求、全面分析我国档案人才培育现状的基础上,进一步探讨社会转型期高素质档案人才培养之路的有效举措,为我国档案事业发展做出更大贡献。Social transformation is a necessary and special link in the process of social change in China. At present, China’s social development is in the transition period of social development, which is characterized by technology enabling, information enabling,knowledge enabling, number intelligent enabling and so on. The 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives puts forward higher requirements for the training of highlevel archival personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the social transformation period and high-level archival personnel connotation and appeal, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of China’s archival personnel training, further explore the social transformation period of high-quality archival personnel training road effective measures, to make greater contributions to the development of China’s archive cause.
