摘　　要：在企业文档智能服务中,针对AI技术开发时出现的“重复造轮子”等问题,文章提出借鉴中台的思想来构建面向企业文档智能服务的AI中台,对各种AI技术进行集成化管理,以此提高系统开发的速度,降低开发成本且快速响应前台的服务需求。本文梳理并构建了面向企业文档智能服务的AI中台理论框架,将其分为数据层、AI基础设施层、文档AI能力层三层,并对AI中台的构建流程进行了介绍,最后对面向企业文档智能管理的AI中台应用效益进行了分析。In order to solve the problems of"repeating the wheel"during the development of AI technology,the paper proposes to construct an AI middle platform for enterprise records intelligent service by referring to the idea of THE MIDDLE PLATFORM,which can carry out integrated management of various AI technologies.In this way,it's used to improve the speed of system development,reduce development cost and agilely respond to service demand of the foreground.The paper summarizes and constructs the theoretical framework of AI middle platform for enterprise records intelligent service,divides it into three layers:data layer,AI infrastructure layer and document AI capability layer.In addition,the construction process of AI middle platform and its application benefits to enterprise records intelligent management are introduced.
