浅析情感预测的矛盾及解决途径

摘　　要：人们对未来预测的关注具有普遍性。有效的预测对人类有多种影响,当人们心态积极就会保持乐观自信;当他们的希望与结果相反时,则会变得沮丧、悲观。情感预测中的正负方向交织导致各种矛盾情绪。突发事件中情绪反应有四个过程:对事件的关注、对事件的反应、对事件的解释及对事件的适应,存在于其中的矛盾情绪左右着情感预测的正确选择,解决矛盾情绪重要途径是对行为控制的分析和研究,即冷静下来,通过行为控制分析和研究,尝试做出明智的选择,并控制不良情绪,以此来改善情绪。The focus on the prediction to the future made by people has universality.Effective prediction has many effects on human beings.When people have a positive attitude,they will keep optimistic and confident;When their hopes are contrary to the results,they will become depressed and pessimistic.The interweaving of positive and negative directions in emotion prediction leads to various contradictory emotions.There are four emotional reactions from emergencies:attention to the event,reaction to the event,interpretation of the event and finally adaptation to the event.The contradictory emotions in it affect the correct choice of emotion prediction.The important way to solve the contradictory emotions is the analysis and research of behavior control,that is to calm down,try to make a wise choice through the analysis and research of behavior control,and control bad emotions,so as to improve emotions.
