摘  要:近年来,丁酸梭菌作为一种良好、安全的添加剂,正在被越来越多地应用到畜牧业中。尽管已在丁酸梭菌的特征、营养作用及畜禽饲粮中的应用效果等方面开展过较深入的研究,但是对于丁酸梭菌调节肠道黏膜免疫通路方面的研究尚不系统,对丁酸梭菌调节致病菌感染仔猪肠道损伤的分子机制也未完全认识。因此,本研究对丁酸梭菌介导TLRs/NLRs信号通路调控仔猪肠道损伤的分子机制进行了综述。In recent years,as a good and safe additive,Clostridium butyrate is being used in animal husbandry increasingly.Although the previous have been carried out the studies in the characteristics,nutritional function and the effect application on livestock and poultry diet of Clostridium butyrate.However,studies on the regulation of intestinal mucosal immune pathways by Clostridium butyrate have not been systematic,and the molecular mechanism of Clostridium butyrate regulating intestinal injury of piglets which infected by pathogenic bacterium has not been fully understood.Therefore,this study summarized the molecular mechanism of Clostridium butyrate mediated TLRs/NLRs signaling pathway regulating intestinal injury of piglets.
