摘  要:为开发利用五指毛桃总黄酮资源,本试验通过响应面设计优化乙醇-微波辅助提取五指毛桃总黄酮工艺。结果表明:五指毛桃最优提取工艺表现为:液料比20:1(mL/g),提取时间4 min,提取功率400 W,乙醇质量分数71%,在此工艺条件下总黄酮提取量为(351.93±0.25)mg/100 g。证明该工艺较可靠,有着一定的实用性和前瞻性。In order to develop and utilize the total flavonoids resources of Ficus hirta Vah.,the technology of extracting total flavonoids from Ficus hirta Vah.with ethanol and microwave assisted extraction was optimized by response surface design.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:the liquid-solid ratio was 20:1(mL/g),the extraction time was 4 min,the extraction power was 400 W and the ethanol mass fraction was 71%.Under this process,the total flavonoids extraction amount was(351.93±0.25)mg/100 g.It was proved that the process was reliable,practical and forward-looking.
