摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩超对于未破裂型宫外孕超声诊断价值。方法:对比阴道超声检查与腹部超声检查诊断方法的附件区包块检出率、宫内假孕囊检出率、卵黄囊检出率、胎心检出率以及胚芽检出率。结果:两种诊断方法的附件区包块检出率、宫内假孕囊检出率、卵黄囊检出率、胎心检出率、胚芽检出率均有明显差异,且经阴道超声检查检出率要显著高于经腹部超声检查。结论:经阴道超声来诊断未破裂型宫外孕,其诊断结果准确,能够有效鉴别未破裂宫外孕类型。Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The detection rate of adjunctive mass,intrauterine false pregnancy sac,yolk sac,fetal heart and germ were compared with that of abdominal ultrasound.Results:There were significant differences in the detection rate of adjunctal mass,intrauterine pregnancy sac,yolk sac,fetal heart and germ between the two diagnostic methods,and the detection rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography.Conclusion:The diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound is accurate and can effectively identify the type of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.
