摘　　要：目的:探讨三维断层超声成像技术(TUI)对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断价值。方法:对本院2017年6月~2020年6月二维超声诊断可疑胼胝体发育不全的24例胎儿,采用三维TUI及MRI进行检查,分析对比二维超声、三维TUI及MRI对胎儿胼胝体发育不全诊断的准确率。结果:二维超声、三维TUI及MRI对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断率分别为:33.3%、91.7%、95.8%。结论:三维TUI的诊断率与MRI相近,对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断及分型具有重要意义,较二维超声更能提高胎儿胼胝体发育不全的检出率。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional tomographic imaging(TUI)in fetal agenesis of corpus callosum.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,24 fetuses with suspected agenesis of the corpus callosum were examined with three-dimensional TUI and MRI.The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound,three-dimensional TUI and MRI in the diagnosis of agenesis of the corpus callosum was analyzed and compared.Results:The diagnostic rates of two-dimensional ultrasound,three-dimensional TUI and MRI were 33.3%,91.7%and 95.8%,respectively.Conclusion:The diagnostic rate of three-dimensional TUI is similar to that of MRI,which is of great significance to the diagnosis and classification of fetal agenesis of the corpus callosum.
