喉罩麻醉与气管内插管麻醉对老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者采用喉罩麻醉和气管插管麻醉效果。方法:选择2017年3月~2019年3月本院收治的86例老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机方法分为对照组(43例,使用气管内插管麻醉)和观察组(43例,使用喉罩麻醉)。对两组患者呼吸、循环功能指标,不良反应发生率进行分析对比。结果:观察组患者拔除前时间呼吸、循环功能指标明显优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者采用喉罩麻醉后治疗,能够有效改善患者呼吸、循环功能指标,减少不良反应发生率,临床效果较好。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of laryngeal mask airway anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:86 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(43 cases,using endotracheal intubation anesthesia)and observation group(43 cases,using laryngeal mask anesthesia).Respiratory and circulatory function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The respiratory and circulatory function indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia for elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the respiratory and circulatory function indexes,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has good clinical effect.
