脉冲电磁场红外治疗仪联合腰椎牵引对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨LD-5型脉冲电磁场红外治疗仪联合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:选取天津市公安医院2019年4月~2020年2月收治的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组给予腰椎牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予脉冲电磁场红外治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均降低,JOA评分均升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.18%高于对照组72.73%(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲电磁场红外治疗仪联合腰椎牵引治疗LDH的疗效满意。Objective:To explore the effect of LD-5 pulse electromagnetic field infrared therapy instrument combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Methods:88 patients with LDH admitted to Tianjin Public Security Hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group was given lumbar traction treatment,and the observation group was given pulsed electromagnetic field infrared treatment instrument.The clinical effects were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was decreased,and the JOA score was increased(P<0.05),the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%higher than that of the control group 72.73%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of pulsed electromagnetic field infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with lumbar traction in the treatment of LDH is satisfactory.
