消毒供应中心对临床污染器械预处理实施干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应中心对临床污染器械预处理实施干预的效果。方法:笔者所在医院消毒供应中心自2016年开始对全院所有使用复用医疗器械的相关科室及其医院人员实施临床污染器械预处理干预。统计2016年~2019年医院消毒供应中心所回收器械记录当中的不合格器械数量,并计算器械的不合格率。结果:自2016年~2019年,医院消毒供应中心所回收器械的不合格率逐年下降,且由2016年的1.15%下降至2019年的0.02%,二者比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心对临床污染器械预处理实施干预有利降低所回收器械的不合格率,保障临床医疗器械使用的安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of disinfection supply center on preconditioning of clinical contaminated devices.Methods:The disinfection supply center of the hospital where the author works began to implement pre-treatment intervention of clinical contaminated devices for all departments using reusable medical devices and their hospital staff since 2016.Count the number of unqualified devices in the records of the equipment recovered by the hospital disinfection supply center from 2016 to 2019,and calculate the unqualified rate of the equipment.Results:From 2016 to 2019,the unqualified rate of the recovered devices in the hospital disinfection supply center decreased year by year,and decreased from 1.15%in 2016 to 0.02%in 2019,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of disinfection supply center on the pretreatment of clinical contaminated devices is beneficial to reduce the unqualified rate of recovered devices and ensure the safety of clinical medical devices.
