摘 要:为了解开化县林场闽楠家系子代测定林的生长情况,对其进行了生长性状的调查。通过选取保存完整的59个家系分析了其变异系数、遗传力、遗传增益等遗传参数,筛选优良家系。结果表明:家系间树高、胸径和单株材积的变异系数分别为16.71%,17.78%和39.10%,高径比和冠径比的变异系数分别为16.36%和16.79%。树高、胸径和单株材积的家系遗传力分别为32.75%、47.11%和52.71%;优选出8个生长表现好的家系;并初选出53个优良单株。优良家系的树高、胸径、单株材积平均值分别为4.14 m、5.37 cm和0.0052 m^(3),比群体平均值提高了16.29%、16.99%和44.44%;优良单株的树高、胸径、单株材积平均值分别为4.82 m、6.78 cm和0.0096 m^(3),遗传增益8.9%、21.09%、76.16%。此次优良家系及优良单株的选择,可为今后闽楠种子园建设和良种选育提供参考。In this study,59 families of Phoebe bournei in Kaihua forest farm were tested for their growth traits,and their genetic parameters such as coefficient of variation,heritability and genetic gain were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of tree height,DBH and individual volume of the families were 16.71%,17.78%,and 39.10%,respectively and the coefficient of variation of height diameter ratio and crown diameter ratio were 16.36%and 16.79%respectively.The heritability of tree height,diameter at breast height and individual volume were 32.75%,47.11%and 52.71%,respectively.Besides,there were eight families with good growth performance and 53 excellent individuals were selected.The average values of tree height,DBH and individual volume of excellent families were 4.14 m,5.37cm and 0.0052 m^(3) respectively,which were 16.29%,16.99%and 44.44%higher than that of population average.Meanwhile,the average values of tree height,DBH and individual volume of excellent families were 4.82m,6.78cm and 0.0096 m^(3) respectively,and the genetic gain was 8.9%,21.09%and 76.16%.Therefore,the selection of excellent families can provide reference for the future seed orchard construction and breeding of Phoebe bournei.
