摘　　要：近年来,随着社会发展及饮食结构的改变,上尿路结石作为泌尿外科常见疾病的发病率不断上升,严重影响患者健康和生活质量。随着“可视化”技术与内镜技术的迅速发展,以可视化穿刺为基础的超微通道经皮肾镜碎石术(MicroPerc)部分取代了以往的小通道经皮肾镜手术和纤维输尿管镜碎石手术。作为经皮肾镜碎石术的改良术式,MicroPerc手术应用于临床只有9年,但因其操作简便、创面小、出血少、术后恢复迅速、安全性高、并发症少等优点而在临床得到广泛应用与关注,降低了患者就医成本与社会负担。本文就可视化穿刺系统经皮肾镜取石术的临床进展及技术做一介绍。With the improvement of living standard and change of dietary structure,prevalence of upper urinary tract stones is increasing,seriously affecting patients' health and quality of life.Micropercutaneous nephrolithotomy(MicroPerc),which is based on“all-seeing puncture”technique,has partially replaced mini percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and flexible ureteroscopy.Although MicroPerc has a short history of only 9 years,it has been widely accepted in clinical practice thanks to its advantages of simple operation,minimal invasion,little bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,high safety and few complications.It can also reduce the medical costs and social burden.
