摘　　要：花舞双桥是第十届中国花博会上最重要的一座景观桥,为10跨双幅飘带状异形钢结构箱梁桥,桥梁全长100m,梁高仅500mm。本工程采取合理划分钢箱梁节段、加工纵横隔板T形排、顶底板单元反序焊接、节段箱梁原地翻身、双机抬吊节段拼装、预留纵横向底板封板、马板限位与支撑等措施,解决了人工无法进入低矮钢箱梁体内时,顶底板单元及纵横隔板的焊接连续难题。Huawu Twin Bridges are the most important landscape bridges in the exposition park of the 10 th China Flower Expo. They are 100 m symmetrical bridges with 10 spans ribbon-shaped steel box girders of only 500 mm in height. Because the steel box girders are only 500 mm, it is unable for people to go through for welding the internal structures.In order to solve that, it is suggested to take the following measures: reasonably dividing steel box girder into several sections;manufacturing steel plates of the divided sections;welding the cap plates on the welding positioner at first and the base plates over them at last;turning over the welded sections of steel box girder by two cranes, and hoisting them for assembling;placing sealing base plate below the sections in advance;welding bracket to locate and support the sections, and finally assembling the sections into the whole bridges.
