摘  要:第十届中国花博会主入口大门采用仿生树状PVDF张拉膜体系,高19.21m、长100m、宽40m,膜展开面积约4 800m2。为解决空间异形膜材的高精度裁切与安装,将膜面划分10组对称的膜单元并确定其安装顺序,将钢桁架的空间实测数据导入BK专用切割系统完成膜材的数字化加工,通过搭设蛛网状操作平台实现反吊膜单元的快速安装及紧固张拉。The main entrance gate of the 10 th China Flower Expo is made of a vein-shaped steel structure attached with PVDF tensioned membrane. It is 19.21 meters high, 100 meters long and 40 meters wide so that the attached PVDF membrane is nearly 4 800 m2. In order to precisely cut and install the 3 D heterogeneous membrane materials, a new method is developed and introduced in this paper. The attached membrane is divided into 10 symmetric membrane units and the installation sequence of all units is designed. Then, 3 D measured data of the steel truss are imported into BK cutting machine to digitally process the membrane materials. After that, the membrane units are efficiently installed and elastically fastened through the erection of cobwebbed operation platform.
