摘  要:依托某特大桥工程,研究临时体外束方案的工程应用,对比验证4种临时体外束方案,通过有限元模型模拟分析了各方案对桥梁运营过程承载应力、挠度产生的影响。研究结果表明,在拆除临时体外束时,梁体弹性回弹使主跨跨中底板压应力增加,有效提高了跨中截面抗裂性能;该施工方法能有效减小桥梁跨中挠度,并提高抗裂能力,对工程具有良好的实践意义。Based on a bridge project, the engineering application of temporary external beam scheme is studied, and four temporary external beam schemes are considered. The influence of every scheme on the force and deformation of beam after the bridge is completed is simulated and analyzed by finite element model. The results show that the elastic springback of the beam increases the compressive stress of the middle floor of the main span and effectively improves the anti-crack performance of the mid-span section when the temporary external beam is removed. This construction method can effectively reduce the mid-span deflection of the bridge and improve the anti-crack ability, which has a good practical significance for the project.
