摘  要:为解决大跨钢桁梁安全、精准、高效安装难题,以某大桥大跨钢-混凝土组合廊桥钢桁梁施工为例,通过与常规散拼方案进行对比,结合工艺研究与数值分析,研发出大跨钢桁梁安装成套工艺及相应工装。工程实践证明,该技术具有创新性及可行性。In order to solve the problems of safe, accurate and efficient installation of long-span steel truss girder, taking the construction of steel truss girder of a large-span steel concrete composite corridor bridge as an example, through comparison with the conventional loose splicing scheme, combined with process research and numerical analysis, a complete set of installation technology and corresponding tooling for large-span steel truss girder is developed. The innovation and feasibility of the technology are proved by engineering practice.
