摘 要:介绍莲阳河特大桥主墩24号墩桩基下放钢筋笼后发生塌孔事故的处理技术。桩基重新成孔时,先在桩孔内投入花岗岩固定钢筋笼,再使用冲击钻冲碎孔内钢筋笼,经多次冲孔、电磁铁吸出钢筋笼碎块,完成钢筋笼清理。钻进过程中使用泥浆泵和泥砂分离器完成泥浆循环,维持孔内泥浆相对密度,加快泥浆循环效率。达到桩孔设计标高后,通过空压机吹风加压,完成清孔,下放钢筋笼并浇筑混凝土,完成桩基施工。该技术可解决在软弱土层中塌孔事故处理难的问题,实现钢筋笼处理和桩基重新成孔同步施工。缩减塌孔事故处理工期,保证桩基施工质量。The treatment technology for the collapse of the pile foundation of the 24th pier of the Lianyang River Bridge after lowering the steel reinforcement cage is introduced.When the pile foundation passed through the stratum,granite was put into the pile hole to fix the steel reinforcement cage,and the impact drill was used to break the steel reinforcement cage inside the hole,then electromagnet was used to suck out fragments of the steel reinforcement cage.The steel reinforcement cage cleaning was completed after repeated punching,electromagnet suction of fragments of the steel reinforcement cage.During the drilling process,mud pump and mud separator were used to complete the mud cycle.And the mud was returned to the pile hole via mud pump,with the relative density of mud in the hole maintained and the efficiency of mud circulation accelerated.After reaching the design elevation of the pile hole,the hole was pressurized and cleaned with air compressor.The problem of collapse accident in weak soil layer can be solved with impact drill to complete pile foundation construction,achieving simultaneous construction of steel reinforcement cage treatment and re-holing of pile foundation,reducing the treatment period of collapse accident,and ensuring the construction quality of pile foundation.
