摘  要:秦景明与赵献可均为明代医易会通的代表医家,赵献可在命门学说上多有创见,秦景明则长于对龙雷相火的阐释,两位医家在学术观点上有诸多碰撞:一是对人身的主宰有不同的认识;二是在养生观念方面持有不同的看法;三是调伏龙雷相火———引火归元还是壮水之主?二者的治疗方法截然相反。赵献可认为,命门为人身主宰;而秦景明从后天有形之脏腑的范畴考虑,认为赵献可的论述超出了《黄帝内经》所论述的范围。二人医易思想之不同源于他们对易学与医理的不同认识。Both Qin Jingming and Zhao Xianke are representatives of the TCM and Yijing integration in the Ming Dynasty.Zhao Xianke has many original ideas in Mingmen Theory,while Qin Jingming is good at explaining Longlei Fire,and many conflicts exist between their academic views:First,they have different understandings of the domination of the human body.Second,they disagree on the concept of health maintenance.Third,they use opposite treatment on Longlei Xiang Fire:directing Fire to its source or strengthening Renal Yin.Zhao Xianke believes that Mingmen rules the human body;while Qin Jingming,considered from the category of acquired tangible viscera,holds that Zhao Xianke's exposition is beyond the scope of the Huang Di Nei Jing.However,their thought differences on Chinese medicine and Yijing are result from their different understanding of Yijing and medical theories.
