中医时间医学及其运用

摘　　要：中医时间医学是根据五运六气推断各个年份的气候变化指导临床治疗,四季节律用来养生、调理阴阳,月节律月相的盈亏用来治疗妇科病,日节律昼夜节律性用来指导疾病的盛衰和阴阳的调理等。时间医学在中医治疗中的应用可揭示疾病的发生、发展规律,并指导疾病的诊治,对失眠、心悸、发热等疾病可进行有效的时间辨证,并进行择时治疗。Chronomedicne in TCM refers to clinical treatment based on deduced climate change in different years from the perspective of five Yun and six Qi.Such as the four-season rhythm in health maintenance and the Yin and Yang regulation.The waxing and waning of the moon phase of the lunar rhythm in gynecological disease treatment.The day and night pattern of the circadian rhythm in diseases rising and ebbing,and the Yin and Yang regulation,etc.With the application of chronomedicne in TCM treatment,the pattern of occurrence and development of diseases can be revealed and guiding its diagnosis and treatment.It also can conduct effective time differentiation and chronotherapy of diseases such as insomnia,heart palpitations,and fever.
