摘　　要：多脏腑复合型不孕证病机较为复杂,以肾虚为本,夹杂肝郁或脾虚,或血瘀、痰湿。故在辨证治疗时,应综合施治,标本兼顾,本脏为主,兼顾他脏。The pathogenesis of multi-visceral complex infertility is complicated,which is based on Kidney deficiency,combined with Liver depression or Spleen deficiency,or with Blood stasis,Phlegm-dampness.Therefore,its syndrome differentiation and treatment should be carried out comprehensively by looking into both root causes and symptoms and focusing on the main viscera while covering the other viscera.
