前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎有效性与安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评估前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效性和安全性,为前列安栓的临床应用提供证据。方法:计算机检索中文文献数据库包括中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库;英文数据库包括Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science与PubMed(时间至2021年3月),收集关于前列安栓单用或联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的随机对照试验,采用RevMan5.4软件对最终纳入的12篇文献研究进行Meta分析。结果:12项研究的总样本量为1 141例。Meta分析结果显示:前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效率[OR=3.37,95%CI(2.08,5.52)]、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis index,NIH-CPSI)[MD=-4.95,95%CI为(-7.66,-2.25)]均优于单用α受体阻滞剂的对照组。前列安栓联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效率[OR=4.48,95%CI(2.96,6.77)],前列腺液中白细胞数[MD=-4.15,95%CI为(-7.56,-0.73)]均优于单用抗生素的对照组。结论:前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎具有一定疗效且相对安全。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianlie′an suppository in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)and to provide further evidence for its clinical application.Methods:Chinese databases including CBMdisc,CNKI,Wanfang Database,CQVIP Database,and English databases including Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and PubMed(until March 2021)were searched by computer,and the randomized controlled trials of Qianlie′an suppository alone or combined with western medicines in CP treatment were collected.12 articles were processed with Meta-analysis by RevMan5.4.Results:12 studies were included,with a total sample size of 1141 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of Qianlie′an Suppository combined withα-receptor blockers in the CP treatment(OR=3.37,95%CI[2.08,5.52])and NIH-CPSI score(MD=-4.95,95%CI[-7.66,2.25])was better than those in the control group treated withα-receptor blockers alone.The total effective rate of Qianlie′an suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of CP(OR=4.48,95%CI[2.96,6.77])and EPS-WBC(MD=-4.15,95%CI[-7.56,0.73])were better than those in the control group treated with antibiotics alone.Conclusion:Qianlie′an Suppository has certain curative effect and it is relatively safe in treatment of chronic prostatitis.
