摘 要:根据电力系统失步运行的特征,并结合线路差动保护的特点,提出一种基于两侧电气量的失步保护判别新方法。该判别方法利用线路两侧的电压量计算两侧角差和滑差,根据角差和滑差的变化规律进行判别。同时增加差动电流作为辅助判据,避免系统发生故障尤其是三相故障时误判风险。该方法还考虑了系统非全相运行的情况,当系统非全相时采用健全相进行失步判别。该方法在现有差动保护装置基础上实现,不增加额外成本,不消耗额外通道资源。该方法不受系统运行方式影响,定值整定简单。最后通过RTDS仿真实验,验证了该方法的正确性。Based on the characteristics of the out-of-step operation in power system and together with the feature of differential protection of lines,this paper provides a new discriminating method of out-of-step protection based on electrical quantities on both sides.The difference of angles and slip are calculated according to the voltages on both ends,and the change regularity of them is used for discrimination.The differential current is added as an auxiliary criterion to steer clear of erroneous judgment in the case of faults,in particular three-phase faults.The method takes into consideration open-phase operation,in which healthy phases are used for out-of-step judgment.The method is based on the existing current differential protection platform,requiring no additional cost or consuming no extra channel resources.This method is immune to the operation mode of system,and the value setting is simple.The correctness of the method was verified on the RTDS simulation system.
