3-乙氧羰基吡咯烷-2,4-二酮的合成和生物活性研究

摘　　要：在天然化合物细交链孢菌酮酸的基础上对其3-乙酰基结构进行修饰,合成了五个带有3-乙氧羰基的化合物3-乙氧羰基吡咯烷-2,4-二酮,产物通过红外、元素分析和^(1)H NMR进行结构表征。分别用紫荆泽兰叶片及平板琼脂培养法粗测了这些化合物的除草活性及杀菌活性。结果表明,这几个化合物对测试对象表现出一定的毒性,但除草活性和杀菌活性都不及细交链孢菌酮酸。3-acetyl of natural product tenuazonic acid was changed into 3-carbethoxy,five compounds with this kind of group were synthesized and reported.The title compounds were characterized by IR,elemental analysis and ^(1)H NMR.Their preliminary bioassay was determined by Eupatorium adenophorum leavies and flat agar cultivated method.The results showed that the title compounds displayed fungicidal activities and herbicidal activities in some degree,but weaker than the tenuazonic acid.
