摘　　要：目前,人们常利用碳作为还原剂,在高温下还原SO_2冶炼烟气制备硫磺。本文采用天然硫化物矿石作为原料,在焙烧、冷却、干燥等工艺条件下制备硫磺,并通过对空气通量、反应温度、反应时间三种条件进行综合分析,得到最佳反应条件。研究结果表明,选用反应温度446~450℃、升温时间30 min、保温时间30 min、空气通量4.58~18.45 mL/min的条件下进行制备,能够更加高效低成的制得硫磺。At present,sulfur oxide in smelting flue gas with carbon reduction in high temperature is commonly used in preparation of sulfur.With the native sulfide minerals as raw material,sulfur under the process conditions such as roasting,cooling and dryingwas prepared.Through a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of air flux,reaction temperature and reaction time,the optimal reaction conditionswere obtained.The results showed that the sulfur can be prepared with higher efficiency and lower yield under the conditions of reaction temperature 446~450℃,heating time 30 min,holding time 30 min,and air flux 4.58~18.45 mL/min.
